I am trying to call my husband who is at the Nimbus store now; he called me at home for information. The store number will not connect.
I then called the main Comcast number and was told that they have no numbers for the store!!!! I HAVE TO TALK to my husband, who has driven there to sort a problem that we have been trying to sort our for 3 months!
= We are paying for the Triple Bundle but not getting Comcast phone !!!!!!!! Vonage is still our carrier
Comcast keeps telling us that they are our carrier. We can read our Vonage bill and see excatly when/for how long we make/receive each call. Comcast us is billing us but providing no service.
I have been on the phone with 4 Comcast reps. The last one was March 3rd. [name = Angel] She PROMISED to talk with her supervisor about this "very unusual problem" and to call us last night at 4 o'clock. She did not do so.
Hence my elderly husband's trek to the Beaverton store to handle it in person. I missed his call because I was on the other line with the pharmacy - and now I cannot return his call!!!!!
This whole situation is beyond ridiculous!
