I'm a driver & had a delivery at building 14 Costco. The shipper where I picked up didnt include all of the BOL info so Costco had to send email for info. The one lady at receiving in Costco named Nora was extremely helpful and really worked to have the email sent to shipper in WA state. The other ladies at the warehouse desk were also helpful. Costco runs a tight ship and I had a crisis and they fixed it. I was unloaded quickly after they received correct Bol info.
