This store is OVERPRICED- it's not just my opinion, customer after customer after customer haved commented on it while I was there looking around. Many have discussed how they have left items sitting there that they would like to have, but they weren't gonna be taken advantage of by the pricing. SECONDLY- their return policy. For a very long time, they had ZERO return policy - & again I heard many others mumble, complain, or discuss the fact that they wanted an item, but refused to spend " that kind of money". (overpriced to start with) for an item which well may malfunction or not work at all! ********AND MAKE NO MISTAKE, I KNOW SOMEONE WHO WORKED THERE & THEY DO NOT TEST THINGS TO MAKESURE THEY WORK*********. There must have been enough backlash on that issue because after awhile, they changed policy to a whopping. FIVE DAYS. but be certain if you are a day late, you can just REDONATE the item! And then there's the overall mentality there. ******NOT BY EVERYONE, BUT CERTAINLY BY THE MANAGER*******. & that is, "IT'S THE POLICY".......translation, "if you don't like it, too bad for you......shop somewhere else!". YOU WILL FIND that if you talk to the corporate office, they will be condescending, short, if not RUDE, and that the mentality "we don't need your business". Comes from the top down. There is no competition....and without competition, sadly, (remember Bell Atlantic???) That if you dare to "complain" about anything. *******ALL THAT & WE IN THE COMMUNITY DRIVE RIGHT UP TO THEIR DOOR & HAND THEM THEIR INVENTORY FOR FREE___WE EVEN HELP CARRY IT IN!!!********. And by the way, they put ZERO MONEY back into the LOUISA COMMUNITY. I know, I asked & they told they told me they had their reasons. Really???? Really????? That my friends is the truth about the LOUISA GOODWILL.
