It is disappointing that very little information is given by Quest--for phone numbers or hours of operation. The people who come to Quest have physical (& some mental) challenges and you are doing a disservice to all of us.

One cannot get adequate information on the phone, and some phone numbers have been disconnected. Who is making the decisions to give so little assistance to those whom you are supposed to be servicing?

The huge long 'lines' of folks waiting to have blood drawn are daunting for those who walk into the waiting room. And most people wait at least one to two hours--some even with appointments.

We are surprised and very disappointed.
