This is the closest TB to my office. It is located in a great location but the store even after it recent new face lift has sucked. The place looks dirty inside. The help is anything but helpful, orders are always wrong. Food is made sloppy. Poorly managed poorly staffed. Gives all TB's a bad name. Meanwhile Chick Filet is making 50 times the amount of customers that TB brings in daily. The line for CF goes out the block.

Everytime I try to use the TacoBell App, this store claims they have never seen the App. This happened for the last time this morning...the App gave me confirmation the store had over 20 min to get the order... i clicked to pick it up in the drive thru and the DUMB as ROCKS drive thru order taker stated multiple times that she had never seen the App, then she had me repeat the order, multiple times, and very slowly, so she could very slowly enter it again into the POS then asked me to pay for the order again, I showed her that I had already paid for the order, she insisted that I pay again, and that was the only way that she could help me. I asked for my phone back and left and canceled the order thru the App. OMFG this Taco Bell is ruining the Taco Bells reputation. Someone should buy it cheap from the owner, as they surly will not be making a profit, cause mgt sucks. Then the new owner should just knock it down and build another Chick-filet.
