The people at this location know absolutely nothing!!!! I switched over to spectrum and they disconnected my service and of course now I find out that they discontinued my email address with that disconnection. So all my folder and years of emails are gone! How incompetent came someone be not to even ask or mention anything about my emails......dumbest people ever.....TWC is the worst company in the world.....must be nice to have a monoply
