Original Comment Good luck getting any information by calling the 760.632.8464 number. The woman's English was so bad, I couldn't understand what she was saying. I finally asked her to just speak Spanish..and I was able to discern what she was saying. <br /> <br /> The fact that you can only make an appt. online is a really poor idea.
