Original Comment Calling ended up frustrating me. Moving: 2 days got transfer set up from Called yesterday to get hours of operation so I can turn in DVR. After being on hold for 12 minutes, I hung up. Tried again. It took me about a half hour for someone to tell me hours of operation were 8 - 5 for 10th street address in Palmdale. I got there at 8, only to find out it does not open until 8:30. Other people waiting for it to open said it was open until 6. In addition, I've got an email to call (OMG) to confirm 7 Sep set-up in San Diego. Sounds like torture to me. Sorry for complaining, but all calls have been frustrating. I DO NOT SEE YOUR HOURS POSTED AT THE WEBPAGE. ARE YOU OPEN TILL 6 TONIGHT????????
