Original Comment Goodwill is losing a lot of customers due to a very rude manager by the name of Saria Olivencia. She is not manager material, does<br /> not know how to speak to customers in a pleasant manner. I am a regular customer there and I can tell you that she is by far the WORST!!! manager in the facility. How can a company hire a person like that!!! I as many of the customers that shop there feel that she should not have that position, there has been various complaints against her and how is it that she is still working in your company. We will go to corporate and file a complaint against Saira Olivencia and by ALL means take it further!!! WE want her out of the facility as she IS NOT a good asset to your company. Trust in your customers who shop at this location, that if she is not removed as soon as possible, there will be consequences!!!
