Original Comment I am a customer at the Goodwill in Rt.9 in Wappingers Falls NY since it opened up and it was a pleasure to go to, but the aura of the store is not the same ever since a manager by the name of Sara was hired. I was appaulled at how very rude she was to the staff members and to the customers as well. She was very unprofessional and quite frankly the store has lost quite ALOT of customers because of this employee you have working for your company. Every one else in the store is wonderful and very helpful. If you do not wish to keep losing customers, then you need to replace this manager and TAKE HEAD to what customers are writing to you about as this is not the first complaint,and we the customers feel that something needs to be done as soon as possible!!!!
