Original Comment What ever happen to people caring and good customer service. I visit KFC today 3/6/14 and I went threw the drive thru window, order 5 wings. I was told to park and it would take 10 min. After 15min had pass , I drove back to the window and and told the young man if the wings wasn't ready I wanted a refund. So the wings was ready . There were no drum parts, five very tiny pcs. When I bit down on one wing, it tasted like spoil chicken. Waste of my time, gas and money.<br /> I wouldn't tell my worse enemies to eat that.<br /> What ever happen to people caring?
