Original Comment Spoke with &quot;Donna&quot; today 3/25/2014 at 2:45pm-explained to her that the electronic fund withdrawal for my premium of $53.00 was not deducted from my checking. Donna noted she would send to billing and get back with me within 5 days.<br /> <br /> Ron Hardy
