Original Comment Phone access to local office in Torrance is IMPOSSIBLE! After visiting the office 3 times, billing is still screwed up; was told I would get a call from the supervisor, but over a week later still no call! Call centers are in Nicaragua & useless. Hope as hell the merger with Clear Chanel is not approved.
