Original Comment i am coming in and to to talk to a supervisor today . i have been having alot of trouble with my auto bank draft. i lost my husband so i had it put in my name. then i lost my bank card and had to change the card on file. it has been messed up ever since charging me return fees like crazy. this is not my fault and i have never been late till this happened. i an so upset. i hope u can help me this afternoon. the man kirk online was helping me and was looking at someone else account and even gave me the card number on the account!!!!!!! that is so wrong.
