Original Comment After the wonderful service that was provided to me on Saturday night I can now rate this store a 10 i was helped by a very beautiful young lady in your Electronics deparment she was very nice and helpful and took her time to help me. I didnt make a puchase that night but on a previous day. I came back because I needed help setting up the phone I had purchased. However the service was terrible the day of the purchase. I immediately left and didnt ever plan on coming back. I came back with intentions to just get the phone set up but the young lady that helped me change my mind I was litterally having a bad day and did not want to be there. It only took that one positive experience to change my mind and hopefully my next visit there will be as positive as this one was I would love to thank this young lady again. I will be contacting the store. Thanks Kmart.
