Original Comment What's there to brag about. You call this location, you get connected to a corporate office someplace....there are no hours of operation. Time Warner for South Carolina is the absolute worse example of an organization I have ever encountered. It's not the people. They train them but there policies and proceedures and what they can do for you by phone is unbelievably poor.
