Original Comment I called the telephone number listed for Quest on Elm Street and got a recording that took me through a listing of options for further information. This is not unusual for businesses these days. What was unusual was that there offerings did not fit my particular needs. I had a question about "fasting" for the test I was about to take. No option for this. No option to speak to a person for an answer. When I'd gone through the recording twice, a recording came on saying "Thanks for calling." THEN THEY AUTOMATICALLY HUNG UP ON ME. I will keep my appointment today, but I will never go to them again. It won't mean much to them, but it will certainly spare me from the insult of trying to reach them on the phone.
