Original Comment We had a time warner rep at our home and he put in a temporary cable as ours was not functioning properly. He said a permanent line would be installed and the cable buried. We live in a subdivision right near Pettisville park. Kids are running thru our yard on a regular basis. I am very concerned that this is a safety hazard. It is also impossible to mow the lawn the way the cable is strung from the top of the pole clear across the lawn. Can you please help us? God forbid a child runs thru here and is caught by the neck on this cable.
