Original Comment Took me over 1 hr. to reach a customer service rep. to speak with. As you would know the first thing it (automated) asked for was phone number?? Well I haven't gotten that far. I had a cell #. The it put me into Sales (of course). The after that I get someone on the phone I could not understand. Wow I can't believe the respect a current customer receives (none)... Good luck with this company, or any as a matter of fact... they are getting so big, I see this type seems to be happening everywhere...Good Luck
