Original Comment I have tried to cancel the service for days, thought it was canceled to only find out it was not when I got a bill from TWC. Now to stop the bill they tell me I have to bring there box's back to them, I wish the first rep would have told me that. Now I am trying to find out the office hours of their Louisville TWC office, but guess what, no hours listed. After pushing buttons for 10 minutes trying to reach a human I was cut off. When trying to cancel, the TWC Rep was throwing the deals at me to save me money, how about charge a fair price from the start. How frustrating - and I still don't know the hours, please let this be over.
