Original Comment I have tried 3 times in the last month to place a pick up order between 3:30 pm and 4:45 pm and no one answers the phone SO, I call Donatos. Over the past year this has happened numerous times. At first I thought maybe you were only open at lunch and dinner and one. I love your product but don't have time for this kind of service..how busy cAn you be at thAt time of day ( 3:30 pm) or is no one there?
