Original Comment I went to an RV dealer to buy a travel trailer, their loan department guided me to USA bank which I thought gave a reasonable rate 4.9 for a travel trailer. They did a credit check and me and my wife came back with our scores over 800. So far so good, loan was approved contract was signed everybody went on their merry way. Approximately 1 1/2 weeks later I receive a letter in the mail from Cincinnati Ohio office X7 that my application for a boat loan has been denied how surprised do you think I was oh by the way my wife received the same letter. So I immediately tried to contact the US bank that had signed a loan contract with me which is in Oshkosh Wisconsin and they knew nothing of the boat loan so at that time I called Cincinnati Ohio. What a waste of time. It was like talking to people from outer space, I gave them the information I just explained to you somebody there generated a denial letter for a boat loan. How does that happen when I did not even apply for a boat loan of any kind anywhere at any time. Oh, and by their way, they would not even admit they had sent a letter out an individual. I believe in their fraud or credit division Telling me all I can tell you is you must respond in writing to find out why you were denied a boat. It was like talking to a robot who could not look anything up either. He was incompetent or this is a bank's policy not to address consumer complaints in an intelligent manner. My concern was my credit would be downgraded US bank had generated denial letter, which is now in the system on false pretenses and their response to me was all well you figure it out. So I found this website. Not that it would help any. But I guarantee you I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau filing a complaint and the company that directed me to the this lending institution not to do service with US Bank. All in another bit of information your phone numbers on the website are incorrect. How lame are you.
