I am surprised that your Customer Service has risen to 1.5. Your company is incredibly horrible in assisting your clients especially on weekends for which unknown reasons you no longer have Infinity connected in my house but tell me I should call and upgrade my service which I am already spending an additional $19.95 per month.. I wish I had known that when I attended the Multi-cultural event in Elk Grove yesterday. Maybe, I could have asked the "nice rep." then, face to face who was trying to get unbeknownst people to sign up for your horrible service.
