Right now I'm not happy with Medicom services. Our tv/cable was out this morning and when I called at 5:25am a customer service representative did try and fix it ny rebooting it. But then told me someone would be out to check ot on September 7th! I was like what??? Well about 2hrs later thank goodness it came back on, but not our DVR, and I can't get anyone on the phone to just answer a question. It keeps sayn we know about the outage in your area. PLEASE someone at Medicom just contact me PLEASE
