Original Comment Gone there many many times, they have the same people working. I've been disappointed with the hairstylist.<br /> I took in 4 pics of a simple bob and all I got was a hear full of the hairdresser private life story. She was a nice lady but I did not get the hairstyle I asked for. ..all I got was a straight cut and inches taken off.<br /> Last week I took my teenage daughter to get a hair trim ,when I asked Ruby, the hairdresser how long she's been cutting hair , she got insulted by my question , she wasn't friendly just there not to please the client but to collect a pay for it. My daughter had long hair down to her back , Mrs. Ruby was very rough on brushing it, this happen over and over. She also complaint about what time it was because of the she was still there cutting hair after 5. Her focused was also the front door , every time the door opened she would loose focus in the person she was cutting hair . Not satisfied client
