Original Comment I signed up for their lowest priced Internet service <br /> A few months ago. Immediately upon connection it was fast enough for household use, but quickly slowed to an agonizing pace which was reminiscent of the old Dial Up days. (If you are on dial up, I'm sorry) i started running frequent &quot;Speedtest&quot; analysis and it showed the pitiful truth. my speed had suffered strangulation.<br /> Next, I exchanged routers at THEIR suggestion. They also tried the old service call &quot;upsell&quot;, which I explained would be throwing good money after bad. Speed returned to promised speed for one day. next, I gathered the router and returned it to them because of my severe allergy to nonsense. case closed.
