The customer service was zero from the Comcast truck # 41130. They started working on cables in my front yard while I was working from home. No warning! I walled to the work area and asked the worker"How long will you be? And told him I had no warning. He stated he will be there until he is done (in a huff) and turned his back on me. I don't know your expectation of workers but this guy needs to start over at CS 101. I am tempted to drop Comcast over this, not to mention I pay far too much to be treated this way (at any price).
