Original Comment The customer service representative at that location do not know their jobs.I was trying to transfer service from one address to another, whatever problems at the new address they can't transfer service. After(3) THREE trips to your store with proof that I am a new tenant and countless phone calls I still haven't been able to get service and you wait time on the phone is over an hour. Tell me why I should apply for service from a company who doesn't respect their customers.
