Original Comment I work at Dunkin close to this store. My ebt card was left there before my shift I didn't realize till I got home that the woman didn't return my card to me, when I called the guy told me to hold which I was on hold for about 20 mins before I hung up..when I called again no one answered. I think its rude & unprofessional to keep someone waiting that long especially for a simple question.
