Original Comment I have been trying for the last 30 minutes to find out the hours of operation at the Westover Branch of Media com. First I tried by phone. THAT DIDN'T WORK. Now I am sitting at my computer trying again to get hours of operations. I go to sites that say hours of operation then when I pull that site up the information reads THIS INFORMATION IS NOT AVAILABLE. Yet you advertise your are always put costomers first, always available, THAT IS A BIG JOKE. When one can not even find out when your office is open. So much for your wonderful service for we who pay you. I worked as an education supervisor and if I had done my job like this would would have lasted about three days. Are you afraid for people to find out where you are... you don't want to be bothered during the day. Just have social time with other employees. I THINK SO. BUT SURPRISE, SURPRISE YOU WILL SEE ME TODAY.
