I think it's an absolute disgrace that a customer who pays thier bill ahead of time cannot speak to a representative in the USA. All the phone numbers listed send you to the automated service which is God only knows what country, we had a new dvr box installed on Monday afternoon and as of Tuesday evening the tech came back because no one in the comcast organization seems to know how to send a signal to activate the box the tech informed us that comcast switched to a new system known as CSG and now none of the tech's are able to activate the equipment which renders it totally useless to the Paying Customer how that makes any sense is beyond me so in short I think your system sucks and your customer service is beyond disgraceful..It is now Wed. morning and I have been on hold from my office for a total of 35 minutes so far and I am continuing to hold just so I can aggravate myself a little more!!!!!!
