Original Comment I shop in your store alot for my job. I don't always get the best customer service but Tom in hardwear always goes above and beyond to make sure the customers are satisfied.<br /> I called in the store the other day to see if you had an item in stock, I got him on the phone and he was as perfessional on the phone as he is in person. Please pass on the kind words to him.....we don't hear &quot; good comments &quot; anymore.<br /> Great man to have working for you.....
