Original Comment Just want to say thank you for keeping me at my special monthly promotional rate. Also, we have had a bad snowstorm and I did mail your check out last Monday, but we haven't been having our mail picked up or gotten any since then. I checked my account on the computer and I know it is due on Monday. It is in the mail and should be on its way next week, hopefully. I hope there will not be a late fee, as it has been sitting in a mailbox. I do not pay my bill at Orchard Park, but just send the check through the mail to TWC>
