Where to start...this company makes billions a year. You would think they'd have top of the line pros answering the phone to help you with their service, right? They sent me a bill right away, without my service running yet. You call and make an appt to have a Tech come out to set you up, and not only do they not show up, they don't even have the courtesy to call and notify you. When I called to re-schedule, the man on the phone said, let me call u back, my computer is freezing up on me. Again, a whole day no phone call. These problems have been with Comcast for over 15 years. Supposedly educated owners run this company. You used to have great customer service. Please fix it so we can enjoy it again. Until then, we're left to choose another server
