No direct access by phone! This is the worst possible service to customers! I seriously DO NOT appreciate calling and talking to someone in the Phillipines that I can barely understand. What kind of business practice is this?? Poor!! Cable vision is very expensive and you get your money in a timely manner. But when we need customer service, we can't even speak to someone locally. I am not happy with this at all. (Not that you will care!). I can't believe you aren't flooded with complaints about this !<br /> We were connected with a woman who was hard to understand AND she asked for my social security number! R EALLY? Not a chance! Just to schedule a service call? There needs to be a way to reach Comcast locally instead of being told the number is disconnected and no longer in service. WOW!!!
