Tyler Dietrich sold my husband the Xfinity bundle with promises of no installation charges and a $75 gift certificate to sign up for the 2 year program. We had trouble with the phone number at the time of installation and made 5 phone calls to Tyler over the period of 5 days. Not one phone call has been answered. The customer service of the "Area Account Manager" is appalling! We plan on making a formal complaint about him directly to Comcast since he comes off as one of their representatives
