It is very difficult to get ahold of the local office. Its ridiclous that I have to go through the payment like for a question that has nothing to do with payment. I have to sit on hold for something stupid. But this will be the last time I am contacting TWC because I have changed to Direct TV which is much better and you get to talk to a human as soon as you call! They are so much CHEAPER!!! I have paid my first bill and it actually felt good to pay less than 100.00 a month thats with a bundle service with over 250 channels for all of the EXACT SAME SERVICES with less equiptment!! I am very with my new service services! The installation was alot faster then with TWC and I do not plan on EVER COMMING BACK TO TWC!!!! You are very over priced and your billing of one month in advanced is ridiculos and to me its just taking money from people. I think the FCC should be made aware of you billing practices!
