I paid my bill to cashier T on 01/09/15@4:18 pm for $100.00. I owed $48:98, on the receipt the new balance is $10:98,on 01/15/15 my service was cut off for non-payment. There is no record of $100:00 cash being paid. Thank God for proof of payment, but in spite of all that and a promise to reinstate service within one hour it is now 24 hours and no service. When I called they are still asking for me to pay the $49.98 over again even though they have verified that it was paid, and paid twice the amount owed. I think someone pocketed my $100.00 and now Comcast is trying to twist my arm for more, because they thinks we desperately need the service. Save yourself the headache and go to target or Walmart and get an antenna with a router and you will have one less problem without COMCAST.
