Original Comment If you're going to close at 1 pm on Saturday, it would seem appropriate to change your website to reflect that fact. Since it is impossible to talk to a live person at Comcast, and people need to therefore rely upon your website which lists your Saturday hours with a 5pm closing time, it would have saved a customer a wasted hour to drive from Westhampton and back at 2:30 on a busy Saturday afternoon to swap out a peice of equipment that doesn't work on Super Bowl weekend.<br /> But that is just one man's opinion.
