I just received my MArch bill. It went up $54.oo .<br /> I called the 800 # and after holding forever , someone from some other part of the world answers and proceeds to read script from a training manual to me until I'm finally transfered to the &quot;Promo dept&quot;....I've been on hold for 30mns////which is fine because as soon as they pick up I'm informing them that after 30 years with them, I give up...Im going to Verizon
