I had a technitian here after a call from Comcast to upgrade my computer/ He aid held return with a follow-up which has not happened. Today I have spent nearly 1-1/2 hr. trying to make contact with someone to have a technitian come because the man did not reconnect the cord that goes from my phone to the computer to send pictures via e-mail. It is ridiculous that the local number listed for Comcast is no longer in use, and the only access to help is via some people in a foreign country with less than a good grasp of my language. I am completely dissatisfied with the aggravation and run-around in trying to get what is probably a 5 minute problem to solve. I'm sure the technitian did not intentionally leave this cord unconnected, but I don't know how to fix it myself. I was transferred 4 times in trying to reach a local facility, only to be re-connected each time with someone in another country. Then, to add insult to injury, they have provided me with an appointment 2 weeks from today which will be April 28. Your service at this point is totally unacceptable.
