Original Comment Horrible!!!!!!!!! The gal took the box, which had all my equipment in, out of my hands gave it to someone else & told me they check it in later in the back of the store! She told me to leave and now I'm getting texts &I bills!! Robert (the call center) kept apologizing for the whole thing! I moved out of state & to b treated that this after YEARS w comcast is an OUTRAGE!! They need someone new to manage that store!! I will not be treated like this!
