Original Comment Unfortunately, I had to call the 800# in Houston, TX. because I found out very rudely from Linda at the 1-800-800-4838 #, that they don't answer calls at this location. I had an insurance question that I'd preferred to ask LOCALLY, & to get a LOCAL answer. My question was to see if LabCorp honors "UnitedHealthcare, Silver Compass Balance 550. So I had no choice but to call the 800 #. Lind's respond was, quote, "Yes we honor United Healthcare, & they're not going to leave a needle hanging on a patient to answer your call!", unquote. I responded back on that sarcastic remark by saying, "Linda ah in between patients, and can they not afford a receptionist? She said, "No, they don't have one". She spoke very rude.
