Original Comment I have received and installed the new cable box.<br /> <br /> However, I cannot get my tv to work now even though my computer, thru a splice cable connection has internet capability.<br /> <br /> Can you have a service person stop by early in the morning?<br /> <br /> I'm sure it's just a remote fix.
