Original Comment Worst Experience ever. I was in the immediate area on my floor and no pick up attempt was made. I get a e-mail message and call and was told OH, we came and the package wasn't ready. I was then told I could go to the location and I get there and I'm told, Oh, NO, we can't help you here and only this one driver has the label needed to go on your package. HOW is this possible? I call the 800 number, OH, we can't help you. I WILL NEVER DEAL With them directly and had it not been for the fact that the company I'm dealing with used them, I WOULD NOT be dealing with them now. STAY AWAY from this location.
