Original Comment This is an ongoing occurrence for me. When using the phone # for Loch Leven Store Mt. Dora, Fl, the phone rings, then instantly disconnects. I find this very frustrating when trying to make an appointment at this location. I have on more than one occasion had to drive to this location to get information about lab work, make an appointment. This is a very convenient location for me and being able to connect with a person would be wonderful. I like the people who work there, it is trying to connect via phone service that is frustrating.<br /> <br /> Thank you for your attention.
