Original Comment UPS employs LIARS at the Jefferson Street location. They posted that I said I did not place an order with Dell and refused the delivery!!!! I was at the Jefferson facility to pick up the order after being lied to in a chat (which I printed out and showed to the manager) and manager Benjamin Zweig talked to me stating there was nothing he could do. Well----there certainly is a LOT I can do.....<br /> <br /> I formally placed a complaint with Dell regarding UPS, and I hope eventually Dell will break its contract with UPS.
