Original Comment worst customer service ever. phone to office locations do not work and 800 customer service didn't know if location was open then disconnected me on second attempt. finally gave up and drove to the office to see the office closed sign. you would think a communications company would be able to update websites to reflect accurate office hours. i'm switching to verizon!!
