Original Comment Ridiculous! There should be a phone number with a live person to talk to, ask a question that was not in your menu. I've called all the #s I could find. I only wanted to know if your customer service was open today, as it's M L King day.<br /> I needed to exchange a box that is not working, and to ask why channel 99 and 55 are not showing regular programs, no service.
