Just got off the phone with my 73 year old mother who lives alone in Cupertino.Asked her as I do everyday how her day was and her response was that she woke up very scared as her little dog was barking like crazy at the 3 uninvited men who entered her back yard through a side gate, proceeded to scale a fence, and climb a pole to string up new cable, not for her but for someone else. Are you kidding me !!! This is Comcast's policy with not only valued customers but courtesy to our senior citizens? REALLY !! In this day in age there is absolutely NO excuse to pick up a phone or maybe use common sense and knock on the front door to let your "valued"clients when you need to enter THEIR backyard for permission to do any service.Comcast and their employees need to be reminded providing TV service, which is paid for, does not give them "Carte Blanc" to break into anyone's backyard for ANY reason.Im sure no one of any value has the guts to respond to this or to me but more importantly if you do you owe my mother, that 73 year old live alone an apology.
